Under the terms of our engagement, our workers have signed and agreed as much as possible to deliver the highest standard of care as stipulated by the terms agreed with the client.

BN Healthcare is a caring employer that supports the well-being of its workers. We provide formal 8 weekly supervision meetings with all our workers and have informal telephone meeting with them soon after every assignment.

BN Healthcare will provide all temporary workers with a timesheet (electronic, where required by the Customer) that must be used whilst on the Assignment. The signed timesheet will drive the invoice payment process.

When Introducing temporary workers to clients for an assignment, BN Healthcare would provide the worker with Client’s information checklist which includes:

  • The fully informed about the identity of the Client

  • Location and department

  • Nature of the client’s business

  • The specification of the task required

  • Who to report to upon arrival for the Assignment
  • Contact details of the manager/supervisor

  • Length of induction training in advance of the first shift

  • working hours and dress code

  • A reminder that the worker is obliged to adhere to the client’s policies and procedures including:

  • Fire

  • Health and safety

  • On-site security

  • Data/ computer and Information Security Crash call procedures (depending on client)

  • Hot-spot mechanism (depending on client)

  • Violent episode policies

  • Control of cross infection and notifiable diseases

  • Manual handling and matters of discipline

  • Policies, procedures relevant to Professional and Regulatory body

  • Reminder to get authorisation of timesheet at the end of the shift

  • The worker cannot download any file or connect any piece of computer equipment to any network or other item of computer equipment except with the prior consent of the client

BN Healthcare aim to consistently provide the client with high quality temporary workers with demonstrable experience of the assignment.
Assignments are allocated to temporary workers that most closely meets the skill and experience required.
BN Healthcare will respond to all requests for temporary workers as quickly as possible.
When introducing a temporary worker to the client for an assignment, BN Healthcare would provide Staffing assignment checklist to the client as part of the booking confirmation, these include:

  • Temporary worker’s Name

  • Soft copy of badge/identity of the worker

  • Summary of qualification and training

  • Synopsis of the employment history

  • Confirmation of Professional registration qualification

  • Confirmation of DBS and right to work checks

  • Work Health Assessment

  • Copies of any additional validation

The client is obliged to provide the worker with a comprehensive handover and induction to the shift.
The client must provide the worker with Clear instructions of any specific requirements for an effective performance of the assignment. These also include:
Policies and procedures including: fire, health and safety requirements, on-site security, information security, crash call procedures, ‘hot-spot mechanisms’ and ‘violent episode policies’, control of cross infection and notifiable diseases, manual handling and matters of discipline.
Any serious misconduct and/or poor performance by the temporary worker during an assignment should be conveyed to BN Healthcare verbally and in writing. BN will take the most appropriate action including supporting the client through all internal and external process.

BN Healthcare strive to deliver service which represents and continues to represent excellent value for money especially considering current pressures on spending.
The Client must settle all invoices in accordance with BN Healthcare terms of engagement.

BN Healthcare will ensure that all temporary workers work in accordance to the relevant policies, rules, procedures, codes of practice and quality standards including future legislation, regulations, guidelines and codes of practice relevant to the Client’s Services. BN carries out regular checks to ensure workers are compliant with training and CPD.

Conversely, BN healthcare expects its clients to treat the temporary worker from the start of the Assignment no less favourably than a comparable employee or worker in the Client’s establishment in relation to collective facilities and amenities.

The client must provide to the temporary worker access to facilities, staff rooms, transport services, car parking and access to information required for the effective performance of the job.

BN Healthcare has a clear and written complaints procedure, omissions and oversights. This is available to the clients upon reasonable request.

BN healthcare is a reliable agency that will provide your home with 24-hour staffing and support you with your temporary staffing needs.
We have an office in Covent Garden London and in Wallington, Surrey.
Our nurses and Health Care Assistants are obliged to work every shift assigned to them and will not cancel shifts at last minute.
All our healthcare workers have extensive work experience with NHS hospitals, some have managed large care homes.
