Registration Process

All candidates who apply for an assignment via BN undergo the same registration process and provide the same information as each other (unless specific to their job role – i.e. training etc). No candidate is exempt from this robust registration and compliance process.
To further ensure that candidates are not dealt with unfairly or discriminatory in any way, BN ensure that all vacancies/opportunities are advertised in accordance with Equal Opportunities and Equality Act regulations.
This ensures that all prospective workers are legally protected against from discrimination. Internal Staff

All internal staff receive relevant training on the Equality Act, meaning that they are fully aware of the rights of each candidate, and their (the consultants) obligations & responsibilities when adhering to such an act. Should a candidate feel as though they are being unfairly or discriminated against – details are provided for how these concerns can be raised to BN Process which guarantees a full and swift investigation is undertaken and concluded in order to ascertain as to whether such actions have been taken that do not conform to current legislation surrounding Equality and Diversity.
